Khure Health’s AI-enabled clinical intelligence platform for rare and specialty disease risk identification is PHIPA and Alberta HIA compliant.
Under PHIPA Khure acts as an agent to the custodian of the PHI. Under the Alberta HIA, Khures acts as an Information Manager to the Custodian of the PHI. Under both PHIPA and the HIA, a written agreement is required in accordance with the regulations for the services. A Custodian that has entered into an agreement with an information manager (HIA) or agent within the circle of care (PHIPA) may provide that information manager or agent with health information without the consent of patients who are the subjects of that information only for the purposes provided.

Khure Health’s AI clinical intelligence platform is a local software solution with a cloud-based solution (coming soon).

As a local solution, the Khure Platform is downloaded onto and remains on the Custodian’s computer. It is subject to the physician’s own security safeguards, including access by permission of the Custodian only.

As a cloud-based solution, the Platform will store all personal data on AWS servers located in Canada. AWS describes its compliance with strict data security standards, such as ISO, PCI, SOC, and other regulatory standards.
