  2. An easy-to-use CENTRAL DASHBOARD: gives staff the ability to view and manage the status of every patient visit, exam room, physician, nurse, and medical assistant in the entire clinic.
  3. A waiting room screen for PATIENT WAYFINDING: automatically advises patients how long their wait will be, and which room they should proceed to when it’s their turn.
  4. Sleek TABLETS mounted outside exam rooms: enable clinicians and staff to check-in and out of appointments, update the status of rooms, and assign tasks on the fly.
  5. A secure and powerful CENTRAL HUB: coordinates all of the components using sophisticated algorithms, making sure that the right person is in the right place, at the right time.

CHIME also provides analytics and reporting that enable clinics to better understand their operational metrics such as staff efficiency, patient wait times, how long clinicians spend with patients, etc.

Most importantly, no Personal Health Information is collected, used, or disclosed by us; all Personal Health Information is stored on customer hardware, located onsite on customer premises.
